Instructions for compiling an article in scientific-research journals of Payame Noor University
Article acceptance conditions:
1- The submitted articles must be in the specialized field of the journal and have an educational or research aspect and the result of the research work of the author or authors.
2- Articles taken from students' dissertations and dissertations are published in the name of the supervisor, advisors and students and with the approval of the supervisor and his / her responsibilities.
3- In addition to being the subject of the article in the specialized domain of the journal, the article or part of it should not have been reviewed or published in any journal inside or outside the country or should not have been sent to other publications at the same time. Papers presented in the form of abstracts in congresses, symposia, internal and external seminars that have been published and published, can be presented in the form of a full article.
4- The official language of the publication is Persian (however, articles in English will also be available).
5. Articles translated from other languages will not be accepted.
6- The publication is free to reject or accept, edit, summarize or modify the accepted articles.
7- The responsibility for the accuracy and correctness of the contents of the article from a scientific and legal point of view and the responsibility of the opinions and opinions presented is the responsibility of the author responsible for correspondence and the publication of the article does not mean the approval of all its contents.
8- Scientific articles - a review of experienced authors in specialized fields will be accepted if they refer to reliable sources and have a special innovation.
9- The original of the rejected or canceled articles will be removed from the archive of the journal after six months and the journal will not have any responsibility for it.
10- The typewriting of the submitted articles should be on A4 paper, two columns, with an approximate distance between two columns and between 1 cm lines with thin B Lotus font 12, for Latin texts with thin Times New Roman 11 font with approximately 1 cm spacing between lines and for Arabic texts with B Badr 12 font, approximately 1 cm between lines, in Microsoft Word 2003-2007 or higher editions with 2 cm left and right and 3 cm from the top and bottom of the paper.
11- The punctuation commands should be observed in the text. For example, it is not necessary to put a space before the period (.), Comma (,) and the question mark (?), But after them, it is necessary to enter a space.
12- All pages of the article, including the pages that have a shape / table / image, have the same cut and page number, and the maximum volume of articles along with tables and diagrams should not be more than 20 pages (6000 words).
13. Articles will be received exclusively through the journal database and articles submitted via the journal letter or e-mail will not be processed.
14. After the publication of the article, a copy of the publication containing the article in question to the number of authors will be sent to the author in charge of correspondence.
15. Submitted articles should have the following sections:
Article ID: The following information should be sent in both Persian and English along with each article:
- Full title of the article in Persian and English
- Name and surname of the author / authors, respectively, the amount of academic share and rank and place of employment or education of the author / authors (in Persian and English)
- Full address of the author in charge of correspondence in Persian and English (including postal address - landline, mobile, fax and e-mail)
- Specify the name of the institution providing the financial expenses (if any)
Front Page:
- Article code received from the system, full title of the article in Persian: The title of the article that is written in the middle of the first page should be concise and expressive and should indicate the subject of the research and should not exceed 20 words. Avoid including the author (s) on the front page of the article.
- Persian Abstract: Includes a brief and comprehensive description of the content of the article with emphasis on problem design, objectives, methods and conclusions. The abstract should be set in one paragraph and in a maximum of 250 words. This section of the article should be concise and illustrate the working method and the most prominent research results without the use of undefined acronyms, tables, figures and sources.
- Persian keywords: (3 to 7 words) Keywords should be determined in such a way that they can be used to prepare a subject list (Index).
- English Abstract Abstract and English Vocabulary Key: (Complete translation of Persian Abstract title, text and key words)
Other pages:
- Introduction: It should justify the purpose of the research by presenting the issue and reviewing the research done, and especially clearly state the innovation in the research.
- Materials and Methods (Methodology): Explain the methods of identification and evaluation, materials and equipment used, the method of conducting research and statistical design should be completely clear and in it the characteristics of the place, time and method of testing along with data collection method And provide statistical processing and analysis. It is possible to avoid detailed descriptions and only present the principles by mentioning the source. Describe in detail the innovative methods or special cases used for the first time.
- Information and data: to provide logical and principled quantitative and qualitative results (if necessary using tables and graphs and classification of results). Each table consists of the number, title, captions and text of the table. Each table is separated by a horizontal line from the table number and title. The top of the table column should be separated from the text of the table by a horizontal line and a horizontal line should be drawn below the text of the table. Avoid inserting vertical and horizontal lines inside the text of the tables. All table numbers (s) and graphs are set in English and from left to right. Enter the title of each table at the top. To insert the title, after the word "table" and its number, the dash and then the title should be mentioned. Avoid sending tables and graphs as images.
- Conclusion and discussion: To analyze the results according to the purpose of the research and the findings of other researches.
- In the text of the article, the number of photos, tables and diagrams (if any) should be carefully mentioned and their location should be specified.
- The results and discussion should be presented together in the form of text, table, figure and diagram. The results of the article are discussed and analyzed based on documented scientific sources related to the subject of the article, and new scientific results and innovations in research are presented accurately and with clear reasons. Numerical results of a topic should be presented in only one form (figure or table).
- All shapes, diagrams and images should be named with the word "shape" and the title of the shape should be inserted below it. To insert the title of each shape, after the word shape and its number, the dash and then the title should be mentioned. Photos must be taken in high resolution and quality and submitted separately, in JPG or DPI 300 format at the end of the article.
- The number of table (s), figure (s), image (s) and diagram (s) are determined by presenting their results in the article, respectively, and the location of their number is after presenting the relevant results in the text of the article.
- The results and statistical studies should be reflected in one of the scientific methods. If the statistical calculations at the levels of 5% and 1% have led to a significant difference, they should be indicated with one and two stars, respectively, and if the difference is not significant, they should be marked with the sign ns.
Acknowledgments: In this section, which is arranged in a maximum of four lines, to thank the natural and legal persons who have assisted in guiding or conducting the research or who have played an effective role in providing funding, facilities and research equipment.
- The Persian equivalent of foreign concepts and names should be mentioned in the footnote.
- References and references: References should be specified in the text of the article in parentheses by APA method and in the references section, the complete specifications of the source should be given in alphabetical order Only references used in the text should be provided in the list of references used. Mention of sources in the text and list is in English only and the used Persian sources must also be in English. References should be documented and valid, and arranged in alphabetical order of the author's last name (s) with a 0.5 cm indentation for the second and subsequent lines (Hanging). Mention the sources in the text of the article by referring to the author (s) and the year of publication of the source. When several different works of an author are used, these articles should be numbered in the order of their year of publication (from old to new). The acronyms for journals should be listed in the ISSN list based on their standard names, which can be accessed via the following URL.

- Articles that are not prepared and do not comply with the contents of this guide will not be reviewed.
- The responsibility of each article in terms of science, order of names and follow-up will be the responsibility of the author. The responsible author must download the letter of commitment from the site and send it to the journal secretariat after obtaining the signatures of all authors.
- The number and row of authors of the article, as specified in the initial version and the time of submission to the journal office, is accepted and the request to remove or change the order of the authors' names only before the final judging and with a written request of all authors Is a review.
- Articles will be evaluated by the editorial board in cooperation with the jury and if approved, they will be published in accordance with the rules of the journal. The editorial board and judges of the journal have full authority to reject or accept, modify articles and review any author (s) request.
- The certificate of acceptance of the article will be issued by the editor of the journal after the completion of the judging and editing stages and the final approval of the editorial board, and will be notified to the responsible author.
