The current paper was conducted with the aim of investigating the efficacy of spirituality training based on Islamic Teachings on enhancing Professional ethics and conflict management in academic professors. The research method was semi-experimental with two control and experimental groups. The research population consisted of all Payame Noor Universities' professors in the city of Varamin in the academic year of 2015-2016. In this research, the number of 24 professors at Varamin Payame Noor University, including faculty members and the visiting professors was randomly chosen via convenience sampling method as the sample size. The statistical sample of the experimental group was comprised of 12 professors who had participated as volunteers in spirituality sessions. The control group statistical sample consisted of 12 more professors who had not participated in spirituality sessions (they were selected from among the academic professors via convenience sampling method too). The experimental group was placed under 9 two-hour spirituality sessions, while the control group received no such intervention. To collect information, Patty professional ethics questionnaire and conflict management styles questionnaire were used. To statistically analyze data, covariance analysis was applied. Findings revealed that training of spirituality based on Islamic Teachings could significantly contribute to the promotion of enhancing Professional ethics and conflict management.
