It obvious that the success of any institution and organization depends largely on the efficacy, effectiveness, and healthy of its management system. The purpose of Islamic management is to apply Islamic methods by the managers in their management process to rule the social justice in the society, which finally results in God's satisfaction. The factors of management efficacy are not exclusive to science, expertise or skills, but ethics and spiritual and physical capabilities are also considered as success requirements in management. Explanation of parts of management regulations and the ways of the managers’ dealing with different classes of society lies in the Quranic verses. The leaders of the human society not only need to have growing insight and intellectual power for the advancement of the society, but also it is essential for them to have adherence to managerial ethics and high human values. The adoption of good management practices provided by the Qur’an and Imam Ali (AS) in Nahj al-Balaghah in the face of various political, social, economic and cultural phenomena has always determined the growth and excellence of Islamic society, and has been the leading model for all people throughout the history. The book of Nahj al-Balaghah, as an excellent source of speeches and theoretical treasure of Qur’an and Imam Ali (AS), in fact, represents the views and thoughts of these two in various fields of social management. In this study, the authors developed a descriptive study to investigate and explain the model of Islamic management ethics from the perspective of these two sources. The results showed that the aspect of implementation and management of the Islamic society by these great sources were always based on principles of public oversight of law enforcement, paying attention to God, consultation with experts, human dignity, equality, and cooperation.
