The Position of Principles of Jurisprudence
With emphasis on the book of “AlVASIT" and its critique
Abstract
Legislation, Interpretation and Implementation of law needs to know and understand the principles of jurisprudence. On the other hand, knowledge of principles of jurisprudence can be useful in all fields of knowledge. Of course study for law scholars, it is more important.
Educational texts of principles of jurisprudence plays important role in the promotion of students and deepen these issues.
The book of "Alvsyt fi osul Al'fiqhh " which is a teaching text in Paym e Noor university in the field of principles of jurisprudence is an outstanding and Beneficial among other texts but has some weaknesses and disadvantages for students of jurisprudence which is mentioned in this article. But it can be found through Editing, Translating and Explanation. These gaps and flaws can be rectified and compensated.
